Winter Shipping Protection covers the plants in your shipment. WSP is non-refundable. Add this to your order if you are worried about your plants traveling through cold weather conditions!
We strongly recommend adding WSP if your local HIGH temperatures are below 55 degrees Fahrenheit in your location.
At Roxel Roots, we understand the importance of keeping your plants safe during the colder months. To ensure your new plants arrive healthy and thriving, we offer Winter Shipping Protection for all orders placed during the winter season. For a small fee, we include heat packs and extra insulation to protect your plants from freezing temperatures while in transit. This added protection ensures your plants arrive warm, safe, and ready to thrive in your home, even in the chilliest weather. Shop with confidence this winter!
Damaged plants will NOT be replaced if damage is deemed a result of cold temperatures and WSP was not purchased. When you add WSP to your order, I will personally check the weather conditions and take all necessary precautions to ensure that your plants arrive safely. This includes, but not limited to, using heat packs, special packing procedures, shipping on specific days. If your plant does arrived damaged, please take 4 clear photos and email them to nicole@roxelroots.com. If the plant appears to be damaged due to cold weather, and WSP was purchased, I will replace the plant or issue a refund if the plant is no longer in stock.
