🌿 Shipping Policy – Roxel Roots

At Roxel Roots, we carefully package and ship live plants to ensure they arrive as healthy as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated (such as during sales, restocks, or extreme weather conditions). Because we work with live plants, shipping schedules may occasionally be adjusted to avoid plants sitting in transit over weekends or during unsafe temperatures.

We primarily ship through carriers such as the USPS, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Roxel Roots is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or transit-related issues, though we will do our best to assist if a problem arises.

Plants are sensitive to temperature, and it is the customer’s responsibility to consider their local weather conditions when ordering. We strongly recommend adding a heat pack and/or insulation when temperatures are below 50°F. Roxel Roots is not responsible for cold or heat damage if proper protection is not added to your order. In cases of extreme weather, we may hold orders until it is safe to ship to help protect your plants.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for damage caused by packages left outside for extended periods after delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Roxel Roots is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or delivery failure, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

If your order arrives with an issue, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the situation. We genuinely want your plants to arrive safely and will always do our best to help when issues occur.
